Job Description:
Are you a marketing and lead generation pro looking for a hybrid role with growth potential? Health & Benefits Partners is seeking a Lead Development Representative to drive our sales pipeline and support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
•    Utilize ZoomInfo, purchased leads, LinkedIn, and AI tools to generate qualified leads.
•    Conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients.
•    Manage and oversee offshore LinkedIn lead generation efforts.
•    Attend networking events to build business leads.
•    Manage incoming leads via website Live Chat.

Marketing:
•    Create and manage email campaigns using Pardot.
•    Develop and implement drip email cadences.
•    Maintain contact lists in Salesforce and Pardot.
•    Assist with Google AdWords campaigns.
•    Coordinate client networking events (coffee, dinners).
•    Develop client referral programs and marketing materials.
•    Create cross-sell campaigns for ancillary products.
•    Analyze marketing campaign ROI.
•    Gather case studies and content for website and blogs.
•    Manage company LinkedIn profiles and engagement.
•    Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
•    Order and distribute company swag.

Sales Support:
•    Schedule video conference appointments for the sales team.
•    Collect prospect information for seamless handoffs.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    3-5 years of marketing and lead generation experience.
•    Proven experience in email marketing and outbound phone calls.
•    Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
•    Proficient with LinkedIn.
•    Experience with marketing email drafting.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
•    Health insurance industry experience.
•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    Experience with ZoomInfo, Pardot, Google AdWords, and Live Chat.
•    Experience using ChatGPT for content creation.
•    Blog posting experience.
